Chapter Relationships Child Form

Use the Chapter Relationships child form to list, report on, and add non-member Chapter Relationships of the individual whose profile you are viewing. An Individual/Chapter Relationship is different from an ordinary chapter membership in that no financial transactions occur. Chapter Membership reports do not take into account Individual/Chapter Relationships.

Chapter Relationships Child Form Information

The Chapter Relationships child form displays a list of Chapter Relationships of the individual whose profile you are viewing. You can edit, report on, and add interest codes on the child form. You see the following columns on the Chapter Relationshipschild form:

Column Description
Chapter Displays the name of the chapter the Individual has a non-membership relationship with.
Relationship Displays the nature of the Individual's relationship with the Chapter.
Start Date Displays the start date of the Individual's relationship with the Chapter.
End Date Displays the end date of the Individual's relationship with the Chapter.

Note: Only one individual can be selected as the Primary Contact. If you select the primary contact? check box on any record on the individual relationships child form on the Chapter Profile page, that individual will automatically be selected as the primary contact. The primary contact? check box of the other individual will subsequently be cleared.
